Low pressure. Real answers.

Licensed on Oahu since 2017 (RS-79156). MRP, CLA, CSE, and PREN. Army veteran. English and Spanish.

Oahu is home, and I've been through the buying process here myself more than once. HOAs, insurance, island quirks, and what day-to-day ownership really feels like are all things I know firsthand.

Before I hung a license I sat at the signing table as a notary, watching how deals were structured. I came up through property management. In my early 20s I worked special-order sales at Home Depot and Lowe’s: home décor, and whatever department needed a body. Hardware: I pulled lock cylinders apart, dropped and filled pins, and rekeyed them. Kitchens: I sat people down in 20/20 Design and walked special-order remodels. I wrote flooring installs, cut faux-wood and mini blinds, ordered window treatments, and taught the DIY classes: how to tile a backsplash, how to sweat copper. Plenty of agents can write an offer. I can tell you what is under the hood.

I will not be your yes-man. If a place is the wrong fit, I will say so. Text me. Ask the honest question. Get a real answer.

That is also why I built 4-Rent on Oahu: call the landlord or listing office direct. No forms. No one in the middle.
