4-Rent on Oahu is free. This page says what the site and the app do with your information.
Browsing
You can look through every rental with no account. Search, filters, and opening a listing do not ask for your name, phone, or email. I do not sell that. I do not collect it to sell.
Account
An account is optional. It is only so you can save favorites. If you create one, the app stores the email and password you enter, and the listings you save. The password is stored so it cannot be read back. That signup is not shared with me as a lead. I do not get your name or phone from it.
Reviews
If you leave a review, the name you type and the words you write are stored and shown on the Reviews page.
Calls and email
Call and email buttons open your phone or mail app. That message goes to the landlord or listing office, not to me. I do not sit in the middle, and I do not send your search to another agent.
Listings and photos
I do not own the listings or the photos. They come from the HiCentral MLS and belong to HiCentral MLS and the listing brokers. They are shown so you can find a rental. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
Delete your account
Email Mateo@TalkRealty.co from the email on the account and ask to delete it. I will remove the account and the favorites tied to it. If you want a review taken down, say so in the same email.
